Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 36 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without prior discussion, will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance Coverage & Extended Benefits
Many insurance providers and extended health plans will cover part or all of your counselling fees. Since every plan is different, we recommend checking with your insurance provider or HR department to confirm whether services delivered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) are included in your coverage before beginning therapy.
Tax Update
As of June 20, 2024, counselling and psychotherapy services provided by licensed professionals in Canada are exempt from GST/HST.
Other services, such as consultation, documentation, or court-related work, may still be subject to applicable taxes.
