A space to experience, belong, and grow

Whether you’re looking to be heard, develop skills, or feel less alone in your experience, group counselling and workshops offer a unique opportunity to share, reflect, and grow in community. Each gathering is thoughtfully facilitated, welcoming, and grounded in care — so you don’t have to figure things out alone.

Group counselling

Group counselling brings together individuals with shared concerns or life experiences in a confidential, facilitated setting. These sessions focus on emotional processing, shared insight, and supportive dialogue. Participants often find comfort in realizing they’re not alone — and strength in witnessing each other’s growth.
Common group themes may include:
• Grief and loss
• Burnout and boundaries
• Identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences
• Emotional regulation (DBT-informed groups)
• Substance support and recovery

Workshops

Workshops are short-term, psychoeducational experiences focused on learning specific skills or strategies. They may include reflective exercises, discussion, and practical tools — all in a structured and supportive environment.
Workshop topics may include:
• Coping with stress and anxiety
• Mindfulness for everyday life
• Navigating life transitions
• Communication skills for relationships
