Group & Workshops

A space to experience, belong, and grow

Whether you’re looking to be heard, develop skills, or feel less alone in your experience, group counselling and workshops offer a unique opportunity to share, reflect, and grow in community. Each gathering is thoughtfully facilitated, welcoming, and grounded in care — so you don’t have to figure things out alone.
